Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance.

All training ensures the safe and effective use of the machinery and ensures that all health and safety measures are adhered to.

On and off site training and delivery is provided free of charge with any purchase of our Gelato or BIB range.

 

Soft Ice Cream Machine & BIB Range Training

If purchasing from the soft ice cream machine range you will receive full training including: the use of the machine; cleaning;
explanation of overrun; the effects of overrun on the machine; the product and electronic functions.

 

Gelato Range Training

Training within the gelato range of machines includes the use of the machine, cleaning and electronic functions. For any machine in
the gelato range we also provide free training in creating the products each machine is capable of producing.

Detailed training on the creation of the product is provided in Italy with a Michelen star chef specialised in gelato, granita, sorbets
and other gastronomy based products.

 

Introduction to Gelato Course
