Traditional cabinets have the issue of over or under freezing your product within the cabinet. We have known this can make serving difficult, altering recipes to suit the cabinet and having the product melt.

Two modes, Night and Day.

BRX units turn off the ventilated section and become a glycol pozzetti unit at night. This allows the ventilated section to defrost properly and reduces running costs by a large amount. Traditional cabinets really should be fully emptied into a storage freezer every night to defrost properly, this rarely happens in the U.K.  This causes much higher energy bills, a loss in freezing ability, uneven freezing of the product and much more pressure on the systems running parts. In quite a lot of cases we have seen compressor failures, fan failure and worst, broken condenser units (the freezing part), these are extremely expensive to replace or repair.
