This system enables direct mix transfer from the sterile container to the freezing cylinder,eliminating the standard mix storage tanks. This reduces cleaning time and improves hygenic control of the mix in storage.three further 10 litre boxes can be kept pre-chilled in the cabinet of the ice cream machine in addition to the one in use.Also,the ripple syrup is dispensed directly from its` original packaging,which means no messy filling of pressurised tanks or maintainance of costly and noisy air compressors!
